The hard disk TEC temperature control system, also known as the hard disk TEA module, is designed and developed specifically for the temperature control needs of data storage hard disks in communication servers. It consists of four main components: a semiconductor cooling chip TEC (2pcs), a hot end cooling substrate, a cold end cooling substrate, and a cold end temperature sensor. It also includes auxiliary materials such as installation adapters, insulation materials, sealing materials, cable sheaths, and joints. When supplying power to the TEA module, one side of the semiconductor cooling chip cools while the other side heats up. The cold side is bonded to the hard disk through thermal conductive materials, while the hot side is bonded to the module casing through thermal conductive materials, thereby carrying out the heat generated by the operation of the hard disk. When the device is in a harsh cold climate, the TEA module can be reverse powered to warm up the hard drive and restore it to a suitable temperature, thereby ensuring its operational performance.
