Liquid-cooled Server Online Testing

Provide a comprehensive solution for achieving processing capabilities such as pressure holding, liquid injection, baking, drainage, drying, and nitrogen injection during the production and testing process of liquid cooled server products.

1. Pressure holding equipment:
Perform air tightness testing on the liquid cooling channels inside the node/cabinet before installing the cabinet or supplying water to the cabinet.
2. Injection equipment:
Before conducting water supply management and overall testing on the cabinet, inject liquid into the liquid cooling channels inside the cabinet, and if necessary, flush the liquid cooling circuit inside the cabinet. It can also be used to inject and flush nodes.
3. Transfer box:
Used for automatic switching testing of various testing equipment during single cabinet testing in production testing lines.
4. Pure water machine:
Provide pure water for liquid cooling production testing, and the water production capacity of the pure water machine is determined according to the testing scale.
5. CDU:
Transfer the heat of the product to the outdoor cold source through the circulation pipeline of frozen water, and repeat the cycle to continuously remove the heat, ensuring the normal working temperature of the product. The number of devices is determined based on the testing scale.
6. Drainage, drying, and nitrogen injection equipment:
After water supply management and overall testing in the cabinet, drain, dry, and inject nitrogen into the liquid cooling channels inside the cabinet; It can also be used for drying and nitrogen injection of nodes.
