Cold Plate Liquid Cooling Solution
Cold plate liquid cooling refers to the use of a cooling medium to flow through the internal channels of a cold plate and achieve cooling of the cooled device through heat transfer.
Under the power of the CDU circulation pump, the cooling medium is evenly distributed to the interior of each server cabinet through the secondary side cluster ring network supply pipeline and carries out heat. After absorbing heat, the cooling medium converges to the cluster ring network return pipeline and re enters the CDU, forming a closed cooling cycle. The heat is transferred to the primary side cooling medium through the internal heat exchanger of the CDU, and then transported to the external cold source for heat dissipation through the EDU. The cooled cooling medium enters the CDU again through the primary side ring network for heat exchange, thereby achieving the cooling function of the entire server liquid cooling system.
