Server Phase Change Liquid Cooling Solution

The server phase change evaporative cooling system utilizes a cooling medium with high insulation performance and moderate boiling point to remove heat from the heat source through the latent heat of vaporization when the fluid boils, in order to achieve cooling of the heating components.

After adding cooling medium to the system, the liquid cooling medium enters the heat source (phase change cold plate), absorbs the heat generated by the loss of heating devices, and the temperature gradually increases. When the temperature of the liquid reaches the saturation temperature corresponding to the pressure, it changes its physical state and boils to vaporize, taking away heat. It then condenses into liquid through an external condenser and repeats this process, transferring the heat of electronic equipment to the secondary cooling medium air, thereby achieving cooling of the heating device.
