PET-CT Thermal Control Solution
PET refrigeration system is a DC air conditioning product specially developed according to the cooling requirements of medical PET products, used for temperature control or providing a suitable temperature environment for detectors, precision electronic circuits, and power equipment in PET equipment. When the temperature difference between the inner inlet and outlet is less than 2 º C and the temperature fluctuation at each point on the inner side is less than 1 º C, the system can provide a cooling capacity of 500-1200W.
When the system is running, the air inside the equipment circulates with the operation of the evaporator fan. The hot air will be sucked in from the top of the PET ring by the evaporator fan, cooled by the low-temperature flowing refrigerant in the evaporator, and then sent back through the air outlet to cool the heating electronic and electrical equipment. The low-temperature environmentally friendly refrigerant in the evaporator absorbs heat and is compressed by the compressor before being discharged to the condenser for heat dissipation. The heat absorbed inside the equipment is then discharged to the external environment by the condenser and condenser fan. The closed internal circulation effectively protects the internal equipment from adverse environmental effects and regulates the temperature of the equipment's internal environment with clean air. The control board precisely controls the start stop and operating speed of the compressor, condenser fan, evaporator fan, etc. through the return air temperature sensor.
