Medical Accelerator Liquid Cooling solution
Medical linear accelerators are high-energy consuming devices that generate a large amount of heat during processes such as converting electrical energy into electromagnetic waves, electron acceleration, electron deflection, and electron shooting. And the rotation angle of the equipment is generally 360 °. To ensure the normal operation of the equipment, each component must work under stable temperature conditions.
BEEHE has developed a liquid cooling system with a special drive module for this particular application, which effectively solves the heat dissipation problem of linear accelerators while ensuring reliability. The medical accelerator liquid cooling system adopts an integrated design, which is fixed to the accelerator frame through a chassis bracket. Air enters below the accelerator casing, along the axial direction of the holes on the outer wall of the accelerator, and enters the cold aisle. Cold air circulates in the cold aisle, exiting from the outlet position of the chiller unit, while hot air circulates in the hot aisle and exits from the outlet of the accelerator housing. The exhaust outlet of the accelerator casing will be equipped with a fan to extract hot air into the environment.
