Product Details

This product is used for flow resistance and thermal resistance testing of server cold plates. This testing platform integrates modules such as temperature/pressure/flow regulation and monitoring, simulated heat sources, and heat source voltage regulation. The maximum heat exchange capacity of the testing platform is 10kW, the flow regulation range is 0.3-15L/min, and the temperature control accuracy is ± 0.5 ℃. This testing platform has two sets of interfaces and can perform thermal or flow resistance tests on two or a single cold plate simultaneously. The testing platform has a simple structure, convenient operation, high integration, high instrument accuracy, and high reliability.
