Liquid cooling server draining, drying & nitrogen injection equipment
Before conducting water supply management and overall testing on server cabinets, drain, dry, and inject nitrogen into the liquid cooling channels inside the cabinets. Can be used to drain, dry, and inject nitrogen into two cabinets and two nodes. The equipment integrates temperature, humidity, and pressure instruments for monitoring; Using a proportional control valve for pressure regulation to ensure stable gas supply; Equipped with a heater, it can regulate the gas temperature and achieve good drying efficiency; Internally integrated oil-free vacuum pump, with reliable performance and long service life.
