Optical module cold plate

The cold plate of the optical module adopts liquid cooling technology. The cold plate is specially designed and arranged on the surface of the optical module. The heat generated during the operation of the optical module is carried away by the internal low-temperature liquid, which can be used to solve the heat dissipation problem of high-power optical modules in switch products and improve the uniformity of surface temperature between each optical module.
