DC centrifugal pump is an efficient and reliable fluid conveying equipment widely used in industries, agriculture, construction, water supply and drainage, etc. It is mainly composed of impeller components, pump body, rotor components, carbon graphite bearings, PCBA components, connector components, sealing devices, etc. The rotor components drive the impeller to rotate at high speed, allowing the liquid to obtain high-speed kinetic energy and generate centrifugal force under the action of the impeller, which is then discharged into the outlet.

 

 

Features:

 

  • The driving part of the entire machine has functions such as rotor blockage, overheating, overvoltage, anti reverse connection, undervoltage, overvoltage, etc;
  • The pump inlet and outlet are connected to the upper level using a standard 1.25 "chuck form, which can be easily and quickly connected or disassembled;
  • The material of the liquid receiving part is PPS/stainless steel/ceramic, while the rest is die cast aluminum, which has high anti-corrosion performance;
  • The motor adopts an H-class insulation design, with high safety performance;
  • The whole machine has IP67 protection function;
  • The operating voltage range is wide, and the entire machine can operate normally within the range of DC 38.4V to 57.6V;
  • The entire machine supports 4-20mA speed control under the Modbus RTU communication protocol (the pump supports other control methods such as PWM or LIN);
