The liquid cooled backplate door integrates the heat exchange system into the back door of the server cabinet, using an efficient copper tube aluminum fin heat exchanger. The reasonable fin spacing design, special thickened copper tubes, and scientific pipeline process design make the entire heat exchange system have extremely low resistance, bringing efficient heat exchange performance.

The liquid cooled backplate door integrates the heat exchange system into the back door of the server cabinet, using an efficient copper tube aluminum fin heat exchanger. The reasonable fin spacing design, special thickened copper tubes, and scientific pipeline process design make the entire heat exchange system have extremely low resistance, bringing efficient heat exchange performance. When the internal server of the cabinet is working, the heat generated by electronic components is discharged to the surface of the liquid cooled back door radiator fins through a fan. The heat is absorbed by the low-temperature cooling water inside the heat exchanger pipeline and carried out of the data center. The absorbed high-temperature cooling water is cooled by an external cooling water tower and then returned to the interior of the liquid cooled back door to start the next cycle.
