Server Liquid Cooling One-stop Solution

Under the power of the CDU circulation pump, the cooling medium is evenly distributed to the interior of each server cabinet through the secondary side cluster ring network supply pipeline and carries out heat. After absorbing heat, the cooling medium converges to the cluster ring network return pipeline and re enters the CDU, forming a closed cooling cycle. The heat is transferred to the primary side cooling medium through the internal heat exchanger of the CDU, and then transported to the external cold source for heat dissipation through the EDU. The cooled cooling medium enters the CDU again through the primary side ring network for heat exchange, thereby achieving the cooling function of the entire server liquid cooling system.

  Features

Primary side:

  • Cold source (water cooling tower, dry cooler, chiller, etc.)
  • EDU (pump drive, constant pressure replenishment, water quality treatment, group control, etc.)
  • Primary side pipeline network (pipelines, valves, filters, etc.)

Secondary side:

  • CDU (pump, heat exchanger, sensor, control system, etc.)
  • Secondary side cluster ring network (pipelines, valves, drip pans, etc.)
  • Liquid cooled cabinet (cabinet, manifold, cold plate, liquid cooled rear door, etc.)

  • Excellent cooling performance, significantly reducing data center PUE High compatibility, no need to change the original architecture of servers and data centers
  • High adaptability, suitable for both newly deployed data center data centers and retrofitting existing data centers
  • High reliability, designed with a lifespan of 10 years
